TOP RATED OSTEOPATHIC CLINIC GOLD COAST
At The Good Joint, our Gold Coast osteopaths take a holistic, hands-on approach to pain relief, injury recovery, and long-term performance. Whether you're seeking treatment for back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, or joint dysfunction, our experienced osteopaths focus on identifying and treating the root cause of your pain — not just masking the symptoms.
We use a combination of structural assessments and advanced manual therapy techniques to improve mobility, reduce inflammation, and support the body’s natural healing response. Our osteopaths specialise in sports injuries, chronic pain, postural issues, and acute musculoskeletal conditions, tailoring every session to your body, goals, and lifestyle.
Techniques may include soft tissue release, joint mobilisation, spinal manipulation, dry needling, cupping, and exercise-based rehab — all designed to optimise alignment, restore function, and get you back to peak performance.
From office workers and everyday athletes to professional fighters and athletes, our osteopathy team understands how to treat bodies that are pushed to the limit — and help them bounce back stronger.
OUR OSTEOPATH
Dr Cahil Rankin
When it comes to performance, pain, and recovery — Dr. Cahil gets it. As our resident osteopath at The Good Joint, Cahil combines deep clinical knowledge with real-world athletic experience to deliver hands-on treatment that actually makes sense for your body.
Armed with a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences and a Master of Osteopathic Medicine from Southern Cross University, Cahil takes a holistic, no-BS approach to care. His sessions are equal parts manual therapy and movement education — relieving pain in the treatment room and rebuilding strength outside of it.
A competitive ultra-endurance athlete who also trains in Jiu Jitsu, Cahil knows firsthand what it takes to push the body to its limits — and how to keep it functioning at its best. From the Glass House 100km to the Cairns to Port Douglas 80km, to grappling on the mats, he brings lived experience to his treatment style, especially for fighters, runners, surfers, and anyone who demands more from their body.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, training through fatigue, or just trying to feel strong again — Cahil brings empathy, precision, and a performance lens to every treatment. Expect more than just a quick fix. He’s here to get you back in the game and keep you there.
