What to expect during your visit
FIRST, WE LISTEN
What brought you in is only part of the story. We’ll talk about what’s going on, what it’s stopping you from doing, and what you actually want to get back to.
THEN, WE FIGURE IT OUT
We’ll assess how your body moves, what’s working well and what isn’t. The goal isn’t just to find where it hurts - it’s to understand what might be driving it.
WE MAKE A PLAN
No vague “come back and see how you go.” We’ll explain what we found, what we think needs to happen next, and build a plan around your goals, your life and your body.
THEN, WE GET TO WORK
Your first visit isn’t just a chat. Where appropriate, we’ll start treatment straight away - using the hands-on techniques, movement and rehab that make sense for you.
ONE BODY. ONE PLAN. A WHOLE TEAM BEHIND YOU.
And if we think someone else at The Good Joint can help get you there faster, we’ll bring them in. That’s the point of doing healthcare together.
