Mike Fielding is a globally recognised movement expert with over 25 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, elite sport rehab, and performance optimisation.

Mike’s qualifications are extensive and continually evolving. After graduating from the University of Birmingham in 1998, he’s completed postgraduate training in acupuncture, fascia release, METs, spinal manipulation, Kinetic Link Training (KLT), and Kinetic Control for movement dysfunction. He holds full certification in Pilates Matwork and Equipment and a Certificate IV in Personal Training.
His integrated approach combines physiotherapy with functional strength training, breathwork, and movement retraining, bridging the gap between injury recovery and high-level performance.
As a Lead Course Educator with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), Mike has taught thousands of clinicians across the UK, Ireland, Brazil, New Zealand, and Australia. His teaching style is practical, movement-based, and built on decades of clinical application.

Inspired by her Nonna’s love for homegrown produce and traditional cooking methods, Tracy learned the value of nutritious food from a young age. This early exposure to the healing nature of food, combined with a lifelong love for sports, shaped her holistic approach to nutrition.
Throughout her youth, Tracy was actively involved in various sports, including cricket, gymnastics, AFL, tennis, soccer, and netball.
