Upgrade your recovery. Improve your performance.
Feel better, faster.
COMPRESSION BOOTS
-
Compression boots apply dynamic air pressure from your feet upward to support circulation and help your legs feel less heavy and fatigued. Perfect for gym lovers, runners, busy professionals, or anyone who gets that “fluid build-up” feeling.
Best for:
Heavy legs and post-training fatigue
Circulation support
Recovery between sessions
People on their feet all day
What to expect:
You’ll relax while the boots run through pressure cycles. Most people feel immediate lightness.
INFRARED SAUNA
-
Deep heat. Full body reset.
Infrared sauna uses radiant heat to warm the body more deeply than a traditional sauna. It’s a favourite for muscle recovery, circulation support, and that “my whole body just exhaled” feeling afterwards.
Best for:
Muscle soreness and stiffness
Relaxation and stress support
Circulation and recovery after training
Feeling tight, cold, or run down
What to expect:
A comfortable sweat session designed to help you unwind and reset. Great solo, even better as a weekly ritual.
Red light therapy
-
Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to support cellular function and recovery processes in the body. It’s a powerful option for those wanting a gentle, low-effort recovery session that still delivers.
Best for:
General recovery support
Skin health support
Muscle recovery and inflammation support
A quick reset when life is hectic
What to expect:
A calm, comfortable session — no heat, no sweat, just an easy upgrade for your recovery routine.
Recovery FAQs
Do I need to be a patient to book recovery?
No — recovery sessions can be booked on their own or added to an existing appointment. You don’t need to be seeing another practitioner to access recovery services.
How long are recovery sessions?
Session length depends on the recovery option you choose. Our team will guide you toward the most suitable option based on your goals, current workload, and how much time you have available.
How often should I do recovery?
If you’re training regularly or feeling consistently tight or stressed, weekly recovery can make a significant difference. During heavier training blocks, injury recovery, or periods of high workload, recovery sessions two to three times per week may be ideal.
Why does recovery work?
Your body doesn’t work in isolation, so your recovery shouldn’t either. Recovery supports the nervous system, circulation, muscle function, and overall energy levels at the same time.
When these systems work together, your body can heal more efficiently, adapt better to training, and stay resilient under daily physical and mental stress. The result is fewer setbacks, improved performance, and better consistency across training, work, and everyday life.
What can recovery help with?
Recovery can assist with muscle tightness and soreness, heavy or fatigued legs, fluid retention, general fatigue, and poor sleep.
It also supports nervous system regulation, post-training and post-injury recovery, and helps reduce stiffness, inflammation, and the persistent feeling of being tight or “stuck” in the body.
What should I bring to a recovery session?
Comfortable clothing and a water bottle is all you need. Our team will take care of the rest and guide you through the session.
