This isn’t a role for someone still finding their feet. We’re looking for an experienced Chiropractor who’s great at their craft, hungry to keep getting better, and genuinely excited about working alongside other high-calibre practitioners every single day.

At The Good Joint, collaboration isn’t a buzzword, it’s how the clinic actually runs. Chiro, physio, osteo, acupuncture, remedial massage, rehab, psychology and naturopathy all under one roof, all talking to each other. We treat with a high attention to biomechanics, allowing for complex cases that others can’t fix. The reason for our consistently high outcomes is the way we triage symptoms accurately and refer when the time is right. Practitioners get real results and you build a raving fan base.

If you’re bored of seeing the same presentations on repeat, this job is the antidote. Our caseload spans complex spinal issues, acute trauma, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries and performance care for professional and elite-level athletes. Of course we still see people who come in for proactive care once we’ve addressed their major concerns, but you’ll be challenged clinically in ways that most clinic roles simply don’t offer, with a full multidisciplinary team around you to work through the hard cases properly.

Case collaboration, shared clinical reasoning, and regular discussion between practitioners is standard here, not a once-a-quarter email chain. You’ll enjoy practising with variety and be supported by people who genuinely care about doing good work.

An established patient base, with no shortage of new patients

No cold starts. No building from scratch. You’ll step into consistent demand backed by strong new patient flow and an active internal referral network across every discipline in the clinic. Mermaid Beach is one of the most affluent and active areas on the Gold Coast - people are health conscious, in great shape, and want to keep it that way.

Growth without the grind

We’ve built something that’s scaling fast, but not by burning through practitioners. Work-life balance isn’t a policy on a wall, it’s reflected in how we structure the roster, manage patient load, and approach clinic culture day to day. We can also accommodate extra commitments outside the clinic - several of our team are professional athletes themselves or work with sporting teams.

Premium clinic and workspace

This purpose-built clinic is modern, with large glass windows surrounding the building. There’s no shortage of space and amenities: disability ramps, slider door entry, reception and admin staff, a 6-bed open treatment area, private treatment rooms, an entire gym for rehab, red light and compression boot recovery, sauna and shower, fully stocked kitchen and workspaces, and a large meeting room. Premium sound proofing and in-built speakers make for a calm, energetic space full of good music and laughter. If you or your patient need less distraction, the private rooms are fitted out to remove excess clinic noise. We’re a very short walk to cafes, shops, gyms and the beach.

Strong mentorship is available alongside the freedom to develop your own clinical identity - whether that’s sports performance, complex rehabilitation, acute injury management, or something else entirely. If you want to grow, the environment is here to do it.

What We’re Looking For

You’re experienced - minimum two years in practice - but you don’t think you know everything yet. You want to work in a multidisciplinary environment and actually use it, not just be listed alongside other disciplines on a website. Our consults are 45-minute initials and 30-minute regular appointments for chiro. We do offer shorter treatment options, but this is not a quick-adjusting, high-volume clinic.

You care about your outcomes, your communication, and the standard of care you deliver. You’re the kind of person other practitioners enjoy working with, and you’re ready for a caseload that matches your ability.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with athletes, complex presentations, or post-surgical cases - but what matters most is that you’re open to learning, driven, and genuinely good at what you do.
