Jo Turek is a registered psychologist (AHPRA) offering personalised, evidence-based mental health support on the Gold Coast. With formal qualifications in both Psychology and a Master of Public Health, Jo brings a unique, holistic approach to therapy that blends clinical insight with a deep understanding of overall well-being.

With a background in the health and fitness industry, Jo has a strong passion for both sport psychology and health psychology.
