Cahil's story

An osteopath who knows what a long training block feels like

During his studies, Cahil took up trail ultra-marathons and surfing. He has completed the Glass House 100km and the Cairns to Port Douglas 80km, and he knows that the real work happens in the months of training before race day.

Those experiences with training, injury and recovery help him understand his patients. Pain and injury are personal, and two people with the same diagnosis may need very different plans.

Cahil studied at Southern Cross University, completing a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences and a Master of Osteopathic Medicine. His treatment starts with understanding your abilities, your needs and what you want to get back to.
