What can sports physio
help you with?
Our Approach
Built around your sport and your season
A good sports rehab plan answers two questions: what is actually injured, and what does your sport need from it. We assess the injury, settle it with hands-on care where it helps, then rebuild strength, speed and confidence in stages, with clear tests before you go back to full training and games.

Explore all servicesThe Things Worth Knowing
Sports physio, done properly
Most sports injuries come from load, not bad luck. Getting back safely is about matching what the tissue can handle to what your sport asks of it.
Load is usually the trigger
A jump in kilometres, a new program, extra sessions before a carnival or a return from a break: most sports injuries follow a change in training load. Our blog on training load and injury explains how this works and how we plan around it.
Pain free is not the finish line
Pain often settles before strength, speed and control have fully come back. That gap is where many re-injuries happen, which is why we use strength, hop and running tests to guide your return rather than the calendar alone.
Your plan should fit your training
Where it is safe, we keep you training in a modified way while you recover. That might mean adjusting sessions, swapping exercises or using a running assessment to change how you build back up.
